CHIPP : Outreach and Education

 

This is an attempt to collect information regarding the Outreach and Education activities of the CHIPP community. Past, present and future activities can be found here, the right persons to contact, outreach material such as posters, talks and publications, press coverage and useful links.

For any comment, input, question etc please contact Hans Peter Beck, who at the moment coordinates the CHIPP outreach group and who is the Swiss representative in the European Particle Physics Outreach Group (EPPOG). In the near future a CHIPP education and outreach committee will be formed. More news to come...

  • In Oct. 2006 the CHIPP Plenary meeting has endorsed a proposal to organize a CHIPP summer school in 2007. Details on this proposal can be found in the talk by G. Dissertori given at that meeting. Further details will appear soon...
  • The 3rd European Particle Physics Masterclasses 2007 are being prepared. More to come soon...
  • The 2nd European Particle Physics Masterclasses 2006 have taken place in March 2006, for the first time with Swiss participation (at ETH Zurich). More information can be found here.
